Fattoria
Occupying the original structure on the property, guests of the Fattoria are invited to use the common areas of the Castle including the living room, the library, and the terrace, which offers a wide view of the entire estate.
Shared room – $2,200 per person
Single room (limited) – $2,450
Casa del Fantino
2-bedroom house, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, outdoor sitting area
Casa del Fantino is a cozy farmhouse located near the courtyard of the Villa, the swimming pool, reception/shop, and the main dining room. It is composed of two large bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with tub/shower and washing machine, and a small reading area. The kitchen/living area offers a fireplace and is fully equipped. In the garden, there is a pergola covered with bunches of white Trebbiano grapes where you can relax and enjoy the views. Guests are invited to use the common areas of the castle.

1 person – $3,150
Casa Dami
3-bedroom house, 2 baths, kitchen, living room, covered porch
3 people – $2,450 per person
2 people – $2,800 per person
Tuition
Payment Schedule
A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your spot
There is a $200 discount if paid in full by March 1
50% of the full tuition is due by April 1
100% of the full tuition is due by June 15

Cancellations
The $300 deposit is non-refundable
50% tuition is refunded if cancellation is in writing by June 1
There are no refunds after June 15
Tuition may be transferred to another participant
Note: Travel insurance is strongly encouraged and recommended for peace of mind as the cancellation policy applies to unexpected travel delays, missed connections, illness, or any other crisis.
